Venkatesh Nayak, coordinator of CHRI's Access to Information team, is a speaker at “Conversations of the Constitution", a two-day seminar organised by government of Karnataka between January 22 and 29, 2019, in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Mr Nayak will be speaking on surveillance issues during his session, "Big Brother vs my Freedom".  

This seminar is hosting eminent academics, activists and policy makers who reflect upon, explore and discuss issues of contemporary significance relating to social, political and economic justice in India. These Conversations will endeavour to explore how India can assert that equality and equity are imperative for constructive politics and policies.
