Only four of the 52 ministries have "fully" complied with the Cabinet Secretariats last years directive to proactively put in public domain monthly reports of the work done by them, a CHRI report said. CHRI's RTI team analysed the websites of 52 union ministries and 52 departments to study if the June 2016 Cabinet Secretariat directive, asking them to post monthly reports on their websites were being followed.
