Sanjoy Hazarika, director, CHRI, gave a set of three lectures at the Assam Administrative Staff College, Guwahati, Assam State, for senior state Administrative officers on issues relating to conflict, minority rights, citizenship and accommodation. This included a 2 hrs. interaction with senior IAS/IPS officers on innovative ways of tackling challenges, better training modules on rights and tackling discrimination

Those in the interaction including Dr. Dwivedi, Commissioner, Administrative Reforms and industry, the chairman and a member of the Assam Public Service Commission. There were 65-70 participants in each interaction.
