Judicial Exchange on Access to Justice
Mumbai, India, 14-16 November 2003

The Background papers distributed at the Judicial Exchange provided comparative perspectives on access to justice, focusing in particular on unequal access to justice in the context of poverty, judicial responses to facilitating access to justice, external resources for busy judges and enforcement of judgments.
