On the third anniversary of the Nirbhaya gangrape incident, it seems not much has changed in the nation's capital. As many as 2,043 cases of rape were reported in 2014, which included 154 gang-rapes and 687 rapes of minors, and 2,667 cases of assault with intent to outrage a woman's modesty and only 1 in 13 cases of sexual harassment reported -- all in Delhi between January and December 2014.
